The APG-200 is built to generate nanoparticles by applying high voltage
between Au electrodes.
The particle concentration is controlled
by modulting
the voltage of discharge and then using this frequency to set the discharging
rate per second. Au particles generated at the
Au electrode are then supplied
to the chamber through carrier gas or dilution gas.
