Refilling the wrong canister happens more than you’d think. Barcode-and-RFID cross-checking on every refill catches a mismatch before the canister goes back in.
Hunting for a specific canister wastes time. RFID means every canister is recognized automatically wherever it’s placed — search by number, medication name, or barcode instead of scanning shelves by eye.
Some medications still need manual filling. The DTA tray and journal printer guide staff through exactly where and how much to place, so manual fills stay as accurate as automated ones.
Cutting tablets in half by hand is slow and inconsistent. The optional Half-Cutter automates it — cutting and packing in one step instead of a manual task prone to human error.
Patients on multiple daily doses mix up their sachets. The optional 4-color Penliner marks each sachet by dosing time automatically, making it easier for patients and caregivers to get the right dose at the right time.

The Yuyama Litrea III 112/136 is a fully automatic compliance packaging machine built for small to mid-size pharmacies. It's slim enough to fit where larger machines can't, but still supports pharmacists with the same accuracy and safety features as Yuyama's bigger systems. Every one of its 112 or 136 canisters carries an RFID chip, so you can set a canister wherever's convenient — the machine finds it, not you.
