Manual visual inspection is slow and tiring. Checking packaged tablets by eye, package after package, wears staff down over a long shift. TabSight-S checks a package in about 1 second at 99.5%+ counting accuracy.
Transparent and quarter tablets are easy to miss by eye. TabSight-S identifies both, catching what a tired or rushed visual check might not.
Look-alike tablets are hard to tell apart. TabSight-S judges every package on quantity, color, and shape together — not just a count — so a similar-looking substitute gets flagged.
Long, continuous prescriptions are a hassle to batch-check. TabSight-S automatically detects where one prescription ends and the next begins, so staff don’t have to separate packages by hand before inspecting.
Finding a flagged package again wastes time. The built-in NG-package marking unit marks failed packages directly, so re-checking or re-packaging doesn’t mean searching through a whole batch.
One inspector can become a bottleneck. With the optional remote inspection setup, a second person can review results from another monitor using the package barcode, instead of everything funneling through one station.

Large Screen Visual Check
High quality picture shows actual contents. Users can check the inside of each pouches directly from the screen, while touch functionality provides smooth operation.
Pouch Results Verification

It realizes the safety and high-speed pouch checking in 1 second for quantities, color, and shape※. ※It is available when each pouch includes 5 kinds and 5 tablets, high-speed mode, and vivid photo setting turned off.
Transparent tablets or 1/4
TabSight-S can identify transparent tablets or 1/4 tablets. As the number of drug types recognized by TabSight-S increases, users can check the pouches more easily and speedily.
Stable operation, free from stress
Even when pouches with different prescriptions connected to each other are loaded, TabSight-S can check them without user intervention, because it can automatically identify perforations between pouches. Tablets packed in pouches can be collectively checked.
Caution Marker Unit
Yuyama offers a helpful function for your task in the form of the Caution Marker Unit. This function is able to make a mark on any pouch deemed inaccurate/incorrect. Users need only check the pouches with marks, increasing patient safety.
Remote check is also available.
Users can check pouch images stored in other rooms using a monitor. Users can load the pouches into TabSight-S in the dispensing room and then check in the examination room. By scanning the barcode on the last pouch, pouch images will be displayed on the monitor for check.
