The Yuyama EV-54 is a semi-automatic vial-filling machine designed for retail and hospital pharmacies. It holds 54 factory-calibrated 900cc canisters and fills over 100 prescriptions per hour, with counting accuracy greater than 99.999%. The EV-54 is compact, simple to operate, and built to reduce manual counting workload while keeping every dose secure and traceable — from canister to vial.

Locked until dispensed
Only staff with software access can open a cassette. Add barcode checks and direct fill, and every dose stays accounted for.
Direct fill, no cross-contamination
Pills go straight from cassette to vial — each drug only dispenses from its own slot, so nothing ever mixes. Works with virtually any vial type, and splits large prescriptions across up to 3 vials automatically.
Factory-Calibrated Canister Cassettes
Each cassette is individually calibrated by medication at the factory, delivering the highest accuracy in the industry. This significantly reduces the risk of cross-contamination, tablet miscounts, and calibration errors. The 900cc cassettes hold an entire bottle of medication, reducing refill frequency and simplifying inventory management.
